Chili, broccoli and cancer

A new study shows that chili pepper and broccoli may help fight cancer.

According to Chinese medicine, cancer is a case of excessive dampness. Spicy foods and all vegetables — particularly leafy greens — reduce dampness, so these foods can effectively help prevent and treat cancer.
