Two new studies suggest that exercise can help protect against skin and bowel cancer.
According to Chinese medicine, all cancers stem from excessive dampness in the body. One of the most effective ways to diminish dampness is exercise, so it stands to reason that exercise is likely to help protect against cancer. Chances are that future studies will show that exercise helps protect against all cancers (there are already hints of that in the medical literature).
