Hi, I’m Ariel, the face behind Ginseng Press. After having co-authored The Chinese Almanac for seven years with Dr. Zhang, he gave me permission to continue teaching the nearly forgotten roots of Chinese medicine and its principles of proper nutrition — the cornerstone of health.
I’m writing a book (and later, a talk) that explains how to lose weight using this ancient knowledge. It’s based on a few simple concepts and knowing how different foods affect us. There’s nothing to count, no charts to consult, no special ingredients or supplements — just some knowledge that will help you lose weight.
While I’m writing the book, I will be blogging about it too. I will keep you up to date on my progress, provide you with some information you can put to use immediately, and even ask you to help me shape the book so that it’s most useful to you.
